Some guests would rather not send a passport or licence over a messaging app. Fill this in and it opens your own email app with the details already written. You attach the documents yourself and send them straight to us.
What to attach
Malaysian renters
- NRIC (front and back)
- Valid driving licence
- A utility bill as proof of address
International renters
- Passport photo page
- International Driving Permit
- Return flight ticket or itinerary
Send clear photos or scans. We check them before confirming the booking, and we will tell you if anything is unreadable.
Your details
This form does not send anything anywhere. It only prepares a message in your own email app, so your documents go directly from your inbox to ours with no form service, no third-party server and no database in between. How we store and use those documents is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If nothing opens when you press the button, use the copy option and paste it into your own email to admin@melakacarrental.com. We reply within our counter hours, 8am to 10pm.
